WHAT DELIVERY OPTIONS ARE THERE?

We offer free FedEx ground shipping on selected orders to the continental United States, Canada, and Europe. 5 – 14 business days, Monday – Friday, excluding Saturday and holidays. The shipping times are approximate and that 3rd Day and 2nd Day Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to process your order.

 

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your order by logging into My Account or referring to your order dispatch email. Tracking details are available from the moment your order is dispatched from us to when it is signed for at its final destination.

 ARE THERE ANY DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS?

PO Box Addresses

We are unable to deliver to PO Box numbers, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the safe and undamaged delivery of your order.

Delivery At Weekends

Weekend delivery varies globally and we would recommend contacting the courier for further details.

Delivery On Holidays

Our couriers do not currently deliver on holidays.

 WHAT DO I DO IF AN ITEM IS MISSING OR DAMAGED?

If an item you have received is damaged or missing, please inform us within 24 hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent.
